  • The once vibrant Skyway Plaza Shopping Center came into sharp focus when the GPPCA and neighboring Associations championed a public meeting with the Florida Housing Commission to discuss re-use.
  • After a highly successful Rally in June 2018, the coalition of four neighborhood associations hosted Rally #2 to once again stimulate interest in revitalizing the Skyway Plaza.

  • Four years running, GPPCA achieved an SPPD Forfeiture Grant to host its annual Youth Summit. GPPCA President Barbara Ellis, GPPCA Director Danny White, Chief Holloway, GPPCA Director Sandra Robinson.
  • A good time was had by all, in spite of the sporadic rainfall! This is the first Acoustic Sunset event to be followed by a series of other events in the community. Funded by Mayor's Mini Grant.
